The gas mixing apparatus at Piri Technologies uses a high-precision balance integrated with micro-liter precise pumps to mix high-pressure and temperature gases. Mixtures obtained from an external supplier can often take months to prepare. The current gas mixing capabilities allow proprietary mixtures of gases and condensates to be mixed in-house to a high level of accuracy in less time. The system can accommodate pressures of up to 10,000 psi for both liquids and gases. Additionally, the viscosity and density of prepared or received fluids can be measured at high pressures or temperatures. Viscosities can be measured under a wide analysis range of 0.02 to 10,000 cP and up to 10,000 psi and 260 F. Densities can be measured with 0.00001 g/cc accuracy and under pressures and temperatures of up to 10,000 psi and 260 F.
