Dr. Mohammad Piri received his PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London in 2004. He currently holds Wyoming Excellence Chair in Petroleum Engineering at the Department of Energy and Petroleum Engineering of the University of Wyoming (UW).  He is the Director of the Center of Innovation for Flow through Porous Media at UW. His research is geared toward the development of a better understanding of the nano-, micro-, and macro-scale physics of flow and transport in porous media with applications in energy and the environment. As the founder of Piri Technologies and Digital Pore Solutions, Dr. Piri is passionate about bringing cutting-edge research capabilities to the industry.

Chadwick Deaton, began his career with Schlumberger in 1976 and served in a variety of international capacities, including as Executive Vice President, Oilfield Services from 1998 to 1999 and as a Senior Advisor from 1999 until 2001. In addition to many other career achievements, Mr. Deaton served as Executive Chairman of Baker Hughes Incorporated from 2012 to 2013, prior to which he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 2004.  He is also a director of the University of Wyoming Foundation and of the Houston Achievement Place. Mr. Deaton received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Wyoming in 1976.

Dr. Arshadi completed his Ph.D. at the University of Wyoming in Petroleum Engineering and has expertise in multi-phase flow in fractured porous media as well as complex micro- and nano-scale experimental techniques. He leads and oversees the company’s daily business and operations.

Dr. Sedghi completed his Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Wyoming and has completed extensive work in molecular dynamics simulation. Additionally, Dr. Sedghi has expertise in scientific programming and pore-scale network modeling. He leads the development of advanced computational software platforms for the company.

Dr. Le completed his Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Wyoming and has extensive experience in a wide range of high-pressure, high-temperature laboratory experiments involving advanced core analysis and EOR in ultra-tight unconventional reservoir rocks.

Mr. Lovick completed his BSc in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Wyoming. He has extensive experience in conducting imbibition experiments to evaluate the efficacy of chemical additives to hydraulic fracturing fluids.

Mr. Prasad is a Petroleum Reservoir Engineering Consultant with extensive Worldwide Upstream Oil & Gas Industry experience with Hess, BP, and Occidental Petroleum. He was most recently the Chief Reservoir Engineer at Hess. He is passionate about promoting Subsurface Excellence/Innovation in the Upstream Oil/Gas Exploitation World.

Dr. Pereira is a professor of mathematical science at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is expertise in mathematical modeling and numerical simulation of multiphase flows in porous media at the field, laboratory, and pore scales; Uncertainty quantification methods for applications related to CO2 storage, oil recovery, and contaminant transport; Pore network construction algorithms; Numerical methods for partial differential equations; High performance, parallel, scientific computing.

Dr. Guiraldello holds a Ph.D. in computer science and computational mathematics with emphasis on numerical analysis and computational fluid dynamics. He has expertise in the development of numerical methods and simulation of flow in porous media processes.
